Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Delivery By Our Staff:
Your order will be delivered by our own delivery team, who will contact you to confirm the delivery time and ensure proper handling of your products.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will contact you once to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeat attempts.
