Email support@tilexpert.ae with your order number and photos of the product.
After approval, send the product back to us following provided return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the product (within 1 business day), we process the refund within 3 business days.
Refund Exclusions
Products returned after 7 calendar days from delivery are not eligible.
Used, damaged, or opened products cannot be refunded.
Non-refundable items include opened adhesives, grout, clearance or custom orders.

- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (for approved bulk orders)
- Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer
